If you are one of the few people who have not seen the advertisements and promotions, this may come as a shock. The Minions are here, and an estimated $593 million worth of advertisements and promotions means that they'll be here for a little while longer. The Minions, with the help of partners including Amazon, General Mills, McDonald's, Comcast and Snapchat, can now be found alongside anything that is basically yellow.

Recent box office recordings, show that this marketing gamble has paid off, with $100 million overseas and another $100 million expected for the US opening weekend. Although the film is mainly aimed at a younger audience, this heavy marketing has made sure that The Minions have gained everyone's attention. Movie marketing is famous for their large marketing campaigns and The Minions have been no exception.
